We use priority shipping with Local Logistics, EMS,USPS , UPS , FedEx & TNT,  Signed For 1st Class Delivery. Fully track-able. Signature required upon collection. ( If you don’t want to sign before collection let us know in your order note )

  • Most of the orders are shipped from Europe. Shipping fee is $40 for orders that are below $500.
    At the moment, the amount of the minimum order is $200. In turn, you will enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders.
  • You can simply track your order after payment is confirm using the tracking code we’ll send to you,  You will also receive an email, once your package is shipped, detailing the tracking info.  If you need any assistance feel free to contact us. If you don’t receive an email following the order process, please check your Junk Mail folder.

  • We take all the necessary steps to comply with the required temperature control for products that require special thermal conditions. We use special thermal packaging that keeps the product in the range of the required temperature for up to 14 days. Our packages are securely packed as we do  double sealed packaging to conserve the state of your products.
  • Guaranteed Delivery (tracked orders only)
  • Shipping can be canceled only on the same day the order was placed and only by contacting one of our sales representatives. The shipment cannot be reversed or canceled after business hours of the same day your order was placed.
  • If by any chance, your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, Contact us immediately. We only give full refund or reship package if its our fault or package get lost in transit as we trust our delivery and its 100% guaranteed.

 

  • Delivery Time  
    All our orders will get dispatched within 2-3 hours at most after payment is received, Once the parcel is dispatched we provide you the tracking number to trace parcel movement, All parcels are save and secured with our delivery team.
  • We will resend any lost parcel.
  • Yes!! Please contact us if your item has not been delivered within 5 working days, or 7 working days at most and we will look into it. Please include your order ID and tracking number in your message to us.
  • Returns & Replacements
    In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or shipment does not meet your expectation, Simply notify us within 24 hours of receiving the products so we can arrange an exchange. This will be processed as soon as we have received and checked the incorrect product. If after 7 business days you don’t receive your product we’ll either reship your parcel or you collect your full refunds. Please always contact our live chat assistance if you have any worries.
